Shipping policy

Shipping, based on the product availability for each order and the end-customer’s address, will ship from our fulfillment centers in either Los Angeles, Charlotte, Tijuana, or Riga.

We ship worldwide with exception of Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

The standard shiping conditions are confirmed before final validation of your order. We will search for the most affordable carrier across FedEx, DHL, USPS and several international carriers.


We will review replacement/return requests

(a) there is a missing or broken Product, or a print error and if we are at fault
(b) and we receives a complaint within 14 days from the day the Product was delivered or within 30 days after the estimated delivery date
If the Product is missing. We will always do our best to ensure you receive a quality product you are happy with.

Returns or exchange

If for whatever raisons you are not satisfied with our products, you can contact us and fill up a return or exchange request within 14 days after reception of your order. You will have to send us back at your own expense the product in perfect state before any processing of your request.

If your request is granted you will have the choice between:

  • Re-imbursment of your order using the same paiment mean than the one used for your order
  • Exchange of your product by another one of the same value
  • Credit code on our website for futur transaction
